Recordings

In 2016, the International Piano Competition J. S. Bach, founded the IPCJSB recording label in order to publish all recordings associated with the competition. This includes the recordings of Walter Blankenheim and Inge Rosar—the founders of the competition—as well as past and future competition winners. Eleven CDs have already been released. Support the competition and the Bach Project by looking up the recordings through Spotify, iTunes, Amazon, Googleplay and Deezer as all proceeds from the sale of IPCJSB recordings go towards funding the competition!

Paul Rickard-Ford’s recordings of Schumann’s late piano works are now available online (see links below)! The 4-CD set includes some rarely heard works, covering Opp.: 72, 76, 82, 99, 111, 118, 124, 126, 133, and WoO. 24. Some of the works were recorded live in concert, and all of the recordings are unedited (no cuts), so you always hear a real performance.
